안녕하세요.
사실만 간단히 말씀드릴게요. 저는 사업차 뉴욕 출장을 자주 가는데요 주로 32가 Radisson 호텔에서 묶습니다. 저번 출장때(한달쯤 됐네요) 제 빨래를 호텔에서 잃어 버렸습니다. 첨엔 대충 보상금 정도만 받고 그만 둘려고 했는데 호텔 직원들이 너무 사가지 없고(excuse my lang)해서 정말 혼내 주고 싶은데요. 지금 상황은 저는 제 빨래를 맞기고 못 받았고, 호텔은 제 빨래를 제 회사 동료방에다가 가져다 놓았다고 우기고 있는 상황입니다. 아래 내용은 지금까지 오고간 이메일 내용이구요.
이케스를 소송을 하게 돼면 승소확률, 예상 보상금(수임료 뺀) 등등
어떻게 될까요? 답변 부탁드립니다. 케이스가 승산이 있고 예상 보상금이 플러스라면 변호사님께 사건 의뢰 드리고 싶습니다.

I will understand that you want a lawsuit.
When I asked to Front desk to see copy of my laundry ticket, your staff said “No we don’t keep
Any Landry ticket, we just put the ticket in the laundry bag”. (The reason I asked was I wasn’t sure about the exact quantity of socks I put in the laundry bag)
Above conversation was with front desk manager Jan Florianczyk, you can check with him.
You guys don’t keep even a copy of laundry ticket which mean you don’t keep any record for laundry and you are handing me attached 2 PICs as proofs.
Well noted your points and thank you for your logical(?) proof.
I will have my attorney handle this case from now on.

I am attaching copies of our logs and worksheets which will show that the call was received to have both bags for 531 an 816 delivered to 531. Our coordinator who took the call would not have any reason to do this, and he had to check the registration on both rooms to make sure these were registered to the same individual. Both rooms were registered under your name. The laundry delivery of two bags was made to 531, as reflected in the second sheet delivered by our houseman, Mircea, and noted on his worksheet. There is no reason for our staff to make this up and we truly believe that both bags were delivered to room 531.
I am still willing to give you some credit should you return as a measure of good faith if you should reconsider. Please let me know and we can work out an arrangement.

I don’t see any special reason to use telephone resolving the issue we have now.

I talk to my co-worker as soon as I got back here and found no laundry.
I never said to deliver my laundry to room 531.
You can not provide any proof that neither I said to deliver my laundry to room 531
Or your people delivered my laundry to room 531.
You just keep saying same story as your staff without providing any reasonable proof.
You only believe your staff’s scenario but not mine.
Pls provide me logical proof that your people sent my laundry to room 531 or my voice record delivering to room 531.
If you can not provide any proof and still reject to pay back the amount ($835),
I have no choice but file a lawsuit.
I hope not to go further anymore.

As I explained before, The fact is that I paid the late check out fee to wait for the my Laundry in my room 816.
Do you think this is fair? Paying $95 for waiting my laundry in my room?

You said I need to provide receipts to you. Do you mean sales receipts that I got from store when I bought those?
No one keep receipts otherwise going to return. All those were paid by cash and I have no receipts left.

thank you very much for getting back to us, however according to our investigation, yours and your coworkers laundry was delivered to room 531, (as per your request), which was also registered under your name, on the day laundry arrived to the hotel which was on 10/17/07. The late check out fee is there because you asked for late check out at 8 am of the morning you checked out 10/18/07, as you have said \"for your business purposes\", you were promptly informed that there was a late check out fee of $95.00 plus tax to which you agreed to. Laundry fee is there because laundry was cleaned and delivered to room 531 which was one of your rooms.
According to your statement in the report that was taken by our security officer on 10/18/07 before you checked out, you are claiming that the total value of your laundry is $700.00, in order to process your claim with our insurance you need to provide receipts for the items you are claiming that you did not get. Dear Mr. Yang once you get receipts please forward it to me and Ms. Miriam Albano (my superior), her e-mail address is MAlbano@themartinique.com, we really do apologize for any inconvenience but we have to follow our procedure.

I'm Wanmo Yang.
I stayed @ Radisson last week. I checked with my co worker who styaed @ 531 and I found nothing.
Pls let me know when I can get payed the amount of $700 + $95(late check out fee) + $40(laundry fee)
So Total is $835.
I asked late check out friday morning cause I had a business to take care of @ afternoon.
But I couldn't even meet the person I supposed to cause I had to be in my room to get my laundry.
From the morning to 5PM and house keeping guys kept telling me to wait in my room.
So I asked someone in front desk(around 2PM I think) that I can not pay the late check out fee and the front desk guy( I don't know who he is) said \"OK you don't need to pay that late fee cause house keeping guys giving me trouble of laundry.
Anyway I had a talk with you and we finalize our situation that as we concluded.
After the conclusion I came back to my room to check out and got down to Lobby with all my luggage and went to front desk to check out. I foun you charged laundry fee $40 and late fee of $95.
I was really upset with front desk manager Jan Florianczyk the reason is,,,He didn't hear my story and keep telling me that I need to pay late check out fee. I took it as personal cause we had arguement before I talk to you.
I agreed hotel charged laundry fee cause at that time, there was a possilblity that I can find my laundry.
You guys made me stay in my room from 12 to 5PM for laundry delivery and that made me not able to take care of my business which was the reason I asked for late check out. Do you think this is proper?
If you think it is proper, that means I payed late check out fee to find out my laundry location.
I think you can understand what I'm saying here.
I stayed so many times @ your hotel and I never saw 1day laundry service and talk to M.Fing front desk manager before.
I need you to pay the $835 right away( I don't wanna see any delay) and M.Fing front desk manager' apology E-mail to me.
You know my Credit card Info.
